The Importance of Radical Candor

Muriel Drexler: I always try to remember that when, when I'm coaching someone who's not doing well in a job, maybe that maybe they just really should be doing a different job. She says she has experienced both receiving Radical Candor as well as not receiving it for a long time and didn't know what the difference was. "Radical Candor" is about being honest with your boss or anyone you're working with on any given day. It can help leaders navigate difficult situations while still respecting their humanity.
