I think there's something happening in these unions where people are saying, actually, we should make good wages, not by destroying our bodies and in our personal lives outside of work. A so yet, totally hearing it in john dear as well. You can make good money if you live in there. That's like, you know, how they talk about overtime. So i think there's a challenge that's coming to the fore here with the union saying,actually, we have these contracts that provide,. you know,
