What's Going on in the Unions?

i hope we'll talk about this more as well. What does it mean that these are all union workers we're talking about, and what's going on inside the unions? I think there's something happening in these unions where people are saying, actually, we should make good wages, not by destroying our bodies and in our personal lives outside of work.
