Head of Workplace Innovation

We need to increase our awareness of and make sure that we're making possibilities for everyone. So as i said, hiberd is harder. You don't want to leave the success of this up to chance. I think we shoulde thinking about a head of hybrid, or even whate seen most recently some organizations are calling head of work place innovation. It's somebody who is responsible of look at, looking at the employee experience across all locations.
