"I was going home, come hell or high water. And my mom refused to separate us three girls," Chantelle says of her parents' split. "We ended up moving back home with my dad, not the ideal solution", she adds. Her mother and father died in 2013 and 2020 respectively; he has non-Hodgkin's cancer while she had lung cancer.
