Introduction

A little over a year ago, I did a micro podcast a week after Anthony Bourdain passed. We have received probably more emails and messages from those podcasts than anything we've ever done. The messages that I've been the most troubling are not from the people that I have never met before in my life. And to see their struggles and to hear their struggles has been incredibly difficult to stomach.
