Is Russia a Threat to the Global South?
The russians have a history of using poorly controlled, damaging attacks that can spread beyond their intended targets. That's what happened most famously in 20 17 with ta nopaca attack, which was focused on ukraine, but caused billions of dollars of damage around the world. Russia isn't the only state we need to worry about: China, iran, north korea are all still out there. And collectively, both state actors and syper criminals have coste us entitis billions of dollars over the past few decades.
