What's the Impetus to Defend?

There's a division in incop culture of, like, i like, ranks an a cult. Once you get to what they call brass, your your lieutenant, captain or hir, they don't look at us the same way. And again, to man n that power and authority, they'll do whatever they have to do. But it also provides an opportunity, i think, for police who are trying to engage with reformers to do some sneaky shit.
