The Real Estate Bubble, the Stock Bubble and the Commodity Bubble Are All Peaking Together.
We're right back to where we were saying in 08, real estate can't go down. The only way we came out of the NASDAQ drop was because they dropped rates to basically zero and created the real estate bubble. They just switched the bubble from tech stocks to real estate exactly. And that's worse. Real estate bubbles are much more damaging to many more people. This downturn is going to take us lower. That's my forecast. It's not a wild forecast given how big a bubble, this bubble was more extreme. And it's an everything for the first time ever.
