Is There a Difference Between No Breach and Maximum Minor Breach in Formula One?
The difference between no breach and the maximum minor breach is vast. If you go over by a pound or if you went over by five percent of the budget those are very very different scenarios yet they are all classified as a minor breach. The big teams can afford to do that what i will say though is i don't think there's any coincidence that this is all coming about in the run up to Hondas in a sense rebel's second home grompry we'll just address that before we go to map.
