The Importance of Having Friends in Customer Operations Teams

I think it's actually just such a big opportunity, this collaboration between customer ops teams and product teams. And for me, there's some learnings from both Intercom and Monzo here. The biggest thing is that you have a team of people in the company that speak to customers the most. There's often a lot of opportunities where you could either build something new in the product, or the customer arts team might change something in how they work to solve a customer problem.
