Pakistan got the bomb as well, and when does domino stop? It's a geopolitical question, I guess. They had received nuclear assistance from Canada and the US in the form of a research reactor. And they proceeded to do that for the next few decades. But all of that was without the cooperation of the global. Not every country has the ability to do that.
