The Role of Play in Conflict

When you're in a trigger, we'll call it in a partnership, you're in an emotional trigger. What happens is your body's reacting to that emotional trigger the same way as if a tiger would come out and attack you. Your body produces fighter flight and fear because it feels as though it's life, it's survival is being threatened.
