i just think we're going to hear a lot more about climate resilient development. We've seen the united states and other developed nations block language on loss and damage, block solutions on loss and dama at cop 26. There isnt agreed upon t at there are going to be dialogue over the next couple of years but talking is not going to be enough. And i'm glad the i pc c is establishing science on lost and damage in its report. Because this is a critical global justice issue when it comes to climate change. As i said, you cannot have any sense of multi lateralism, any sense of global justice, if you are not going to address the actual damages and losses that
