Usually I do twice a day for 20 minutes. It's just non-negotiable, got to do it every day. After meditating or before meditating again, the sequence is something that you develop over time. And if you want to talk about having a powerful meditation, get some assistance from technology. So I like stacking modalities as much as possible because I don't want to take five 20 minute sessions in a day. Like I don't even have time for that.
