What did you first see when you rolled out Kotlin and how did you fix some of the big build time challenges? Lissa: When I joined Instagram about two years ago, we didn't have great insight into just how bad the build speed problem was for Android. It's funny because I think iOS build speeds was a really big topic when I first joined Instagram.
