I'd always suffer from fibroids, which are sort of growths within your womb. One had grown out of my womb and wrapped itself around my intestine and my appendix. I was one in 300,000 people that react to a gas put in your stomach when they're doing keyhole surgery. And all I remember is in the recovery room, they kept on hitting my feet. But it was touch and go for a lot of that time. That second one actually, the whole cervical cancer and then the hysterectomy, It was a real wake up call.
