Portugal is traditionally one of over work. In engineering and the start up world, thinks that far more relaxed. People do get up on the late side, most people so. And then they work until a bit later. There's a lot of cultural stuff revolving around to food and drink. You don't get the ten minute lunch, you know. You do one an hour lunch, and he will sit down - it is all as a foolish tradition. They are used to having beer or or two, or a bit of wine at lunch. They look like normal people, not like, just a cold machines. The downton cheney seems pretty nice.
