The Importance of Making Meaningful Connections
People remember 90 percent of what they teach other people so I think you're on to a winner there. No taking is extremely important, don't feel bad about leaving early and make the most of your first 14 weeks in NQT. There's no stop until Christmas really with that big 14 week term it's the 14 week term in which most of the learning happens for me. You need meaningful connections like you said that's why it takes two or three terms because you're making meaningful connections within your institutional model of the institution.
