Is Stress Helping the Immune System?

There is evidence too suggest that in the short teromuch, these stressers are quite useful for the immune system. They clear out a lot of inflammation, and they can actually get rid of a lot of old and aging cells and give space for new cells. But when it becomes either a chronic, long term stress, so you have to care for a sick relative or m or short, intermittent stresses, it's mal adaptive. So the immune system become less responsive to tha cortisal effect,. And you lose the benefits of more acute stresses to the moral health of the immune system.
