How the Norwegian Army Uses a Story to Inform Their Thinking
The story is an effective thought exercise on its own, but also a conversation prompt as well. So it was presented at a conference and becomes kind of part of their thinking. It's not like a traditional red team approach per se, but it is a way to draw in some different points of view that I think directly bear upon a lot of the investment and prioritizations that have to happen for a country of that size.
