When we acknowledge that falls and stumbles are inevitable, it actually makes us more confident. It's not that we're planning on stumbling or expecting to stumble. But we know that it's a possibility. And so if it happens, we're not going to be stunned, you know, or freaked out, frozen in place. We'll be able to recover more easily.
