ECMO Cannulation

A pilot of an ECMO cannulation pathway was being run at the hospital. The idea was to use a pit stop model and the ED that people would be flagged out in pre-hospital environment. On one of the first days, I directed the team to the elevators wrong way. But they were able to quickly recover and get them up to the cath lab.
