Sock 2 is the same audit, but the type 2 is backward looking. If you can't show that documentation, you get some demerit in your Sock 2 Type 2 report. One very sophisticated team has a vendor that gave them five consecutive Type 1s. The cheat code I just gave you is pretty powerful,. Anybody can pass a Type 1, there's no work for it, you don't have to prepare for it.
