Is Total Work Done Really Work?

Total work done rewards excessively large training sessions at low intensities compared to really tough, but short, intense ones. It doesn't actually weigh them up. So if you want to win in the total work time, you just make the sessions longer and a little bit easier. And you only need to make them a littlebit easier and you can go quite a lot longer.
