"And then they think that the best way to spend the money is on fucking marketing." But when you pay to advertise, what you're doing is you're saying, Hey, everybody, look at me. And if they look at you and your shit isn't what you say it is, you're not able to service the customer'" He adds: "All that does is accelerate the death of your business because the word of mouth that's created off of that is instant"
