One of the things that you said is that they start to get back to work as quickly as possible. Do you think that's almost going to basically relapse them and being more burned out later in that timeframe? I think that's a definite risk. And so you know, if you have a lot of work to do, you can feel very unproductive if you don't just keep going at it. Sometimes, you know, it is actually more productive to stop and rethink about the situation.
