When tough times fall upon customers, they become more focused on priorities. We need to be aware of the value added extras we previously offered that maybe during good economic times would really help create a better overall package. Perceived value is the look and feel. It's what raises the buyers expectations. Performance value is about delivering on the expectations. And once you deliver on those expectations, you become market leaders.
