The Importance of Emotions in Tony Blair's Life

There's something about energy or what you want to call it, unful pizzazz that Blair was very good at and that Starm is in. He litigates issues rather than kind of embodying them - even when he talks about quite emotional things. You don't get the sense that he ever says anything he wasn't planning on saying. It's like talking to someone at a party and feeling that they're holding something back. I want him to talk more.
