The only way to prove definitively tha he's intentionally misled the house is capturing a piece of evidence that suggests boris johnson acknowledged that they were parties. So if he's written an email, if he's said something to colleagues that gives the indication that they were social gatherings, rather than, rather than work events, i think that is the only way that ies can really get to the the to the bottom of it.
