The Choice by Edie Eger

How do we trust the power of heart and awareness in these times? How do we open instead of contract? I recently read a book called The Choice by Edie Eger. She sometimes referred to as the Anne Frank who didn't die because she was the same age and the same upbringing when she was deported to a concentration camp. In her memoir, she just shares in a very deep way how she had to open to and feel the darkness and still sense possibility. Still keep open to love, to waking up.
