Russia's Stockpile of Cruise Missiles Is Increasing, but They're Still Able to Do So
We don't know exactly, but I do think this is an area where the reporting is difficult. Some of the information we're getting from Western governments has to be treated with great caution. Over the past 15 years Putin and the Kremlin prepared Russia for war against other states in a way that Western countries are no longer prepared. The Russians have kept enough back to be able to exert the kind of damage or inflict the type of damage that they have in recent days.
