i normally ask people if they want to meditate, but i just don't know what it is about to day. The parts of my mind that access what meditation is appropriate for people is like not functioning. It's something that we're actually going to do advanced training for them em now. When i think meditation is so nice, i just feel like it's been reary, hard till i try to do something like that. But i remember a it was like, i i came to some point in my life where i just felt reall really bad. And then i just, ik, took two weeks off from everything. I meditated so much, did a lot of mushrooms
