In the first chapter, so this is your argument, the first chapter leads us into the first chapter where you are really focusing on, it's titled African self apprehension. I mean I think in the background here looming of course is colonialism and the impact of colonialism on these conceptions that you're identifying. So one of the arguments that you're putting forward in the book is that this kind of approach is in many ways an inversion of some colonial methods for subjugating and minimizing African ideas themselves.
