Science fiction allows us to prototype some of these visions for the future, and then understand how they fundamentally make us feel as human beings. I use three films to explore these questions and sort of unpack in an inert psychonetic way. The film exmachina invokes the question of gender, and whether one could tell what gender a i was by the way the language was constructed. And another quote from lacon which is that the woman doesn't exist. Which people have taken to mean lots of things over the years.
