The Importance of Sharing a Character in Chinese Names

I always wanted to share a character with like my cousins because traditionally you're supposed to but No one in our family our extended family at least did that it was mostly just within your like nuclear family And having no siblings. Sharing a character thing is pretty common in Korea too I think it's also fading out a little bit. Your parents try to like balance out the signs or whatever like is the broadness supposed to symbolize an earth sign maybe Oh, maybe good theory.
