In the past 10 years, we've seen over 760 children die at the hands of their abusers because the courts put them back. Alienation is a term used to validate the oppressor and puts children back with their abusers. There's a reason why parental alienation is not universally recognized in the mental health field. The courts just hate this word. They just don't want to go there.
