The Importance of Dessert in the Restaurant Experience
The biggest selling of the restaurant fantasy is deciding to get dessert as well you know and sometimes like I don't always have room for that but if I'm really committing to a night out or if it's celebration like it's not a question that you're gonna have dessert. Yeah I really love that also and I think it makes me think about the way that pastry chefs kind of play into the whole restaurant experience because no one expects desserts to be particularly nutritious so they serve you in this other way. Right exactly yeah exactly It's never seen as your caloric nutrition for that day it's always sort of seen as like something extra, right? And what that extra thing is is inherently like joyful fun
