Mindfulness Is Like That Life Vest
In our practice, when we get caught, whether it's in the vortex or in eddy, mindfulness is like that life jacket. When we get caught and we remember to be mindful, we dis-identify with whatever it is that's arising and push back in the flow of the current towards Nibana.
