How to Strike the Right Balance in Startups
It's important for people to feel passionate about what they're doing and if they're fighting for something, then it means they're passionate about it. We always wanted to stick to the mission, so whatever was best for the user and best for learning is what we all actually really wanted to do deep inside because that's what we were there. I think it's important to give people a room to waste their opinions in a way that is structured and productive instead of them feeling like it doesn't really matter that the team will make a decision one way or the other. It's a hard thing. Just encourage communication, I would say.
