I think you can sensibly increase your distance by a sort of bigger margin than you would if you were running. Because you are having the walk breaks, it does really minimize injury. I highly recommend that some people probably think that half a mile is quite a long time to be walking. And then I feel quite confident because then it'll just be another five to go if it wasn't done eight. and I did five on Sunday and it was absolutely fine. So I think that's perfect. I think seven or eight, because I think you can.
