Getting the Technology to Work
When you have whatever little investment dollars, it's almost entirely focused on the technology. In getting the technology to work, you're not worrying about anything else. You don't pick a hundred customers; you pick five and work really closely with them. All of a sudden, oh my gosh, all these assumptions were wrong. There are beta customers. And usually the beta customers are ones who are right there. So you have this rapid feedback loop. Now, it works for small companies. Ano work for big companies. Another is, each time you go through these cycles of incre in complexity of the problem you're trying to solve, it's one thing at a time model.
