How to Support Yourself Emotionally

I think it feels so heavy, caring for somebody with a chronic illness. And when I ask them what to do to support yourself or take care of yourself, and almost university, it's like, I don't really have time to do that. So the best way to support somebody else is to also find ways of supporting yourself. There's a rage that I've seen with clients when other people say to them, you must take care of yourselves. But they're in a kind of a heightened state, and they don't have any circuit breakers. It's like, try living my life and having a bit of self care."
