Six Ways to Improve Your Reading

Don't give up too easily on books that require slow reading. Get comfortable with a slow pace, even if that's a pace that is a lot slower than others. Mature readers know when to read quickly and when to read slowly. Each book has its own terrain like that. Do you want the author to pull you into the book centripital? Or do you want the book to drive you out of the book centrifugal? Determining clear reading priorities is critical.
