The Pacific Is Not as Good as a Band of Brothers
The band of brothers follows essentially the same group of guys going across Europe. The discipline that that imposes on the story makes it digestible and actually in a weird way then does better justice to the overall story. But with the Pacific you're just all over the place I mean there's like at the start of every episode there's a map that's like you're here now and you're with these people, which is hard to track. It's basically a writing problem and a sort of high level conception problem.
