Lao becomes the person who they need to protect to testify in open court against all of the criminals of Gotham. The witness levels are off the charts on this because he can't land in Hong Kong airport. And then Lucius Fox even though the one rule of this building is you can't bring your phone in. He's like oh whoops. I got past that one rule and brings down this guy's multi-billion dollar corporation by a phone but by using a cell phone. Right and so that leads to Batman illegally extraditing Lao from China back to Gotham. By a sky. But no one needs to revive this and be like the Lao trilogy.
