The Backstory of Spotify and the Role of Agile Coaches
Spotify had a whole bunch of agile coaches, who would basically like kind of like swoop in and see how the team was doing. They weren't effectively we're not responsible for anything because they were just kind of floating across the organization so they weren't dedicated to making sure that the team's delivery practices were actually creating positive results at Spotify. But there's a lot to learn there. And I believe that collaboration is specifically a skill and structuring work and problem solving within software those are also skills which aren't necessarily things you get in a university setting.
