Contract Risks With Chatbots
Justin: What are the contract risks with chatbots or other similar tools. And so one first is contract risks. I would still say there's another one, which is that if you're contracted to work on a project and then you ask the AI to do it,. It's conceivable that that violates the contract. If like they're hiring you specifically and the chatbot does the work, I would at least flag that as a consideration. Finally, to the extent that the chatbot generates contract work product, it could in some circumstances be considered a subcontractor.
