With repeated extensions or flexions it's a nice way to turn maybe your assessment into almost like an intervention and yeah like a bird dog if maybe somebody can't go out for a five minute walk they're at their desk they're doing a podcast right afterwards they do three minutes of bird dogs just to get some movement in themYeah that seems like a fine option. In terms of preventing recurrence for kind of grumbling ongoing particular pain it is just about keeping moving people seem to like walking, swimming and identifying you know if that patient does have a job where they're always bent over then trying to do something about that but I'm aware that's kind of a pretty boring sort of common sense
