Why the Tribunals Work Is So Important
By 1966 and 67 a mass movement against the war, which gave rise to a resurgent anti-imperialist movement. The American people by 1973 were saying no, we're not going to do that anymore. Americans are insidious but they're also an indication of a certain weakness of the imperialist establishment. That's why this tribunal is so important.
