Using the Eisenhauer Decision Matrix to Make Better Decisions
The eisenhauer decision matrix is based on president eisenhawer. It's supposed to help people figure out what matters and where they should spend their time. In the first part, you break everything down into four categories: important but not urgent, urgent and important, non-urgent and unimportant. The fourth category is "not important" or "not worth it," which includes things that don't really need to be done immediately.
